A sourcing app. Sourcing Core is the self-serve plan. Higher plans are SeekOut Sourcing, Sourcing + Integration, and Full Recruiting Funnel. The docs describe a separate MCP at seekout-search-mcp.seekout.io for a SeekOut Recruit license.
RecruitMCP
An HTTP API and an MCP server. Call it from Claude Desktop, claude.ai, Claude Code, or your own code.

Sourcing Core is $149 per month when paid annually up front ($1,788 per year), or $179 per month billed monthly. The page says that annual choice saves $360 a year. Sourcing, Sourcing + Integration, and Full Recruiting Funnel are custom and billed annually. Sourcing Core lists 500 contact credits a month and 1,000 exports a month. The next sourcing plan lists 750 contacts and 5,000 exports per seat per month.
RecruitMCP
You pay for a result that comes back. A returned lead is 1 credit. A live profile is 2 credits. A live company lookup is 1 credit. A preview spends nothing. The price of a found contact is shown in the estimate before it runs. Outreach is €49 per connected account per month, not per message.
SeekOut
Sourcing Core includes 3 seats and says additional seats are not included. Higher plans say per-seat pricing or a custom package.
RecruitMCP
No seats. API keys in a workspace share one balance.
SeekOut
Email campaigns are on Sourcing Core. ATS integration, ATS rediscovery, and applicant evaluation are on higher plans, not on Sourcing Core. The MCP docs say license holders can connect Claude.
RecruitMCP
Search, profiles, companies, contacts, lists, and outreach. No ATS, no CRM, no interview scheduling, and no interview notes. RecruitMCP does not score people.
SeekOut is a sourcing workspace with contact credits, exports, and, on higher plans, ATS rediscovery and applicant evaluation. Its docs also describe an MCP for people who already have a SeekOut Recruit license, including a Claude connector. RecruitMCP does not include that workspace or those ATS features. SeekOut's pricing table does not list MCP on the $149 plan, so this page does not claim that plan includes it.
