Sequences
Steps on your LinkedIn account, pacing, and per-message approval.
POST /v1/outreach/sequences saves steps on a connected account. Use a template from GET /v1/outreach/templates (linkedin_first, linkedin_invite_note_message) or send your own steps. Creating a sequence sends nothing.

Steps
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
type | invite, message, profile_visit, or withdraw_invite |
wait_days | Days after the previous step, 0 to 60 |
note | Invite note, at most 300 characters |
body | Message text. {{first_name}}, {{company}}, and {{privacy_notice}} are filled in |
only_after_accept | Wait for the invite to be accepted, for up to accept_timeout_days (default 21). After that the step is skipped, so a later withdraw_invite still runs |
is_follow_up | Marks a follow-up; follow-ups do not count toward the new-outreach cap |
A sequence has at most 20 steps. {{privacy_notice}} expands to a short opt-out sentence and link; the enrollment preview warns when the first message lacks it.
Pacing and approval
daily_pace_limit caps how many new people the sequence starts per day (0–100). Follow-ups do not count. Null leaves only the account and workspace caps, including 25 new outreaches per workspace per day.
approve_every_message: true holds each step as awaiting_approval (and emits action.awaiting_approval) until POST /v1/outreach/actions/{action_id}/approve. Approving is a sending call: ?dry_run=true shows the message, and executing needs an Idempotency-Key.
Change or remove
PATCH /v1/outreach/sequences/{sequence_id} changes the name, steps, pacing, or status (active, paused, archived). New steps apply to enrollments that have not reached them. DELETE is refused with 409 while the sequence has open enrollments; stop them or archive it.
The first enrollment or send on an account starts its 14-day warmup. Saving a sequence does not.
What it costs
Free to save. €49 per connected account per month, not per message.
